As spring approaches, I thought it would be a good idea to return to the idea of having weekly themes for our classes (except Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs which already have weekly themes). I always used to do this, and somehow covid made me forget. If there are any other topics you’d like me to cover in class, please ask !
The Happy Feet class will require a ball - ideally a spikey massage ball, but a tennis ball will do nicely too. Please don’t worry if you don’t have time to get them though - we can improvise !
You’ll need a stretchy 2m long physio band for the classes on Tight Shoulders and Healthy Bones too - I can supply these at £3.
The Basic Breathing classes will work as stand alone classes, but to gain the maximum benefit, it would be great if you could attend both of them. These might be of particular benefit to anyone recovering from long covid, or who is interested in supporting their respiratory health.
There are a few gaps in the March and April timetables because I’m having a holiday, and then running a yoga retreat in North Wales, followed by a wedding on the 6th April, so I’m sorry for the slightly interrupted schedule.
