I love teaching Well Woman Yoga classes. Sadly too many women are having a tough time and offering a place for them to share experiences and mutual support is incredibly rewarding.

Five week course in Well Woman Yoga
The next Well Woman yoga for menopause course of five classes starts on the 20th May. I’ve organised this as a five week course to allow for continuity from one week to the next. However, there may be drop in places available - please check with me to see if there is space on the day. Women who are booked in also join the Whatsapp group where I share regular Restful Relaxation audio tracks, so its always good to know that these relaxations are helping women sleep at night !
Well Woman Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing
There are two spaces available at the next Monks Cottage event on the 15th June. These retreat days are a great way to spend a day on self care, allowing the body, mind and spirit to rest. And of course, we get the added benefit of the oxytocin produced when a group of women join together !
Restorative Yoga - 16th May 2024
These classes are for EVERYONE ! Not just women, but offer a blissful 90 minutes of rest and deep relaxation.
