Restorative Yoga
I love restorative yoga. Nothing to do. Just be. Gentle, supported poses that bring real changes to our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Deep relaxation to ease the mind. Words don’t do it justice - the best way to understand the power of restorative yoga is to experience it. No experience necessary at all - just a bundle of blankets, pillows and cushions.
Come and give it a try ! Or stay at home and practice on zoom, allowing yourself to drift off to sleep after class. Classes are on the third Thursday of the month.
Yoga and The Open
Classes are continuing this week, but you might like to allow a little extra travel time to get to class, or maybe join on Zoom. We will be concluding our theme of the elements, with Water, closely linked to our sacral chakra - you can probably guess that the water element is all about going with the flow. In Menopause Yoga we will be considering how yoga can help support heart health into the post menopause years.
